We pride ourselves on having a happy and engaged workforce. Our products are handcrafted exclusively by 700+ highly skilled and trained artisans.

Every person in our organisation is important to us, and for our employees in the factory, we go beyond the requirements of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and SA800 (Social Accountability International) standards to ensure their wellbeing and peace of mind for example by providing healthcare insurance for key workers and their families.

All of our products and production exceed European standards and guidelines. Our production processes are all REACh certified (“Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals”), to regulate the use of harmful substances of very high concern ensuring these are restricted in the production of our goods, and exclude potential threats to both human health and the environment.

The British Standards Institution’s (BSI) principal activity is to ensure organisations adhere to high manufacturing standards through the implementation of critical environmental guidelines and codes of practices over time.

Through our ISO 14001 environmental management compliance, we continue to make eco-efficiency savings by improving our infrastructure and reducing waste which creates a more engaged and motivated workforce, reduces plastic in seas, pollution and contaminated lands.

Quality management is about understanding, or exceeding, customer requirements in a structured, codified, systematic and repeatable way. Our Quality Management System compliance enables us to deliver consistency of production, drive efficiency, reduce waste and gives our business a framework for continual improvement, all of which enables us to continue providing category leading luxury and functional products.

Examples of these improvements include identifying the risks and opportunities in our delivery, in our marketplace, to our business, and mitigating threats.

Responsible businesses will create a better world and a brighter future for us all through the generation of strong social values as well as creating sustainable production for the environment.

It’s all these small steps we take that add up to the giant leaps, and while It is important to acknowledge that we are not perfect, and we may never be, in each day and in every way, we are striving to become better.
