Do you offer warranty?

Our products always arrive with a complementary 2-year warranty. Warranty requests should be handled by the shop from the origin of purchase.


What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping rate is €9.5 inside EU, Norway and Switzerland.


How do I complain about a product?

Our products are made of high quality materials, but sometimes we get contacted in the 2-year warranty period regarding an issue. If you have a complain please contact [email protected] It's important that you send photos of the issue and add your full name, adress and phonenumber together with the weborder number from the invoice or a copy. An image of the invoice is also accepted. We strive to get back to you in 2-4 working days.


When will my product be back in stock?

From time to time a product can be out of stock. We strive to get new supplies in approximate 2 weeks. If you have any questions regarding out of stock products please contact [email protected].


How do I select another country?

You can select another country from the dropdown at the upper right corner of the site.


Which payment options can I use?

We accept most of the common payment options. You can pay with Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MAESTRO, Apple Pay and Google Pay.


Where do you deliver?

We ship to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

We do not ship to outmost regions and overseas territories outside Europe.


When do you ship my order?

We ship orders daily. For UK customers we ship twice a week.


When will my order arrive?

When a product has been transferred to GLS, your order will normally arrive in 2-4 normal working days. In high sales seasons like Black Friday and Christmas it can take a little longer to deliver. Read more about local delivery time on GLS website.


Can I exchange my item for something else?

If you bought a wrong products, you can return it in the first 14-days after receival to us at your own cost and buy a new from our website. Use the instructions from the parcel for return.

Shipping and handling are at your expense and your responsibility until your package reaches our warehouse.


How do I return my purchase?

You can return your purchase in the 14-days of recival period. Products should be returned in the same condition as received. Follow the instructions on the Return Form.

How do you refund my money?

Refunds will always be issued to the same payment option as you used at the purchase time. If your payment information has changed, please send an e-mail to [email protected] together with the weborder number, SWIFT and IBAN number.

We handle refunds as quickly as possible and process returns within 48 hours after receiving the package. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it can take between 2-30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
