These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of goods at.

2. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
When placing your order on our website, our system will automatically forward an order confirmation to your email. Once you have received the invoice, a binding agreement has been made. When we ship the item from our warehouse, you will receive an email from GLS, with further information on the expected time and date of delivery.
DBRAMANTE1928 ApS. accepts the following means of payment:
- VISA Electron
- Dankort® payment card
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
The amount will be withdrawn from your account upon dispatch of the item(s).
3.1 Vouchers and giftcards
DBRAMANTE1928 accepts vouchers on the website issued from the company it self.
The customer will always get the highest discount on a product, and it cannot be combined with the voucher.
If the voucher discount exceeds the value of an product, the discount will be applied on the regular price without any discounts applied.
We only offer delivery to addresses in EU, Norway, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Our delivery time is 2-12 business days, upon receiving your order. However, We offer the following types of delivery: Delivery with GLS to a parcel shop.
We offer free delivery for purchases exceeding €10/£50

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
If you have purchased several items, you have the right to withdraw part of the delivery.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:
- the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or:
- receipt of the last item, if the order consists of several different items, delivered individually.
If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, on Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Not all types of products are covered by the right of withdrawal. The following categories of goods are not
- Gift vouchers
In addition, you lose the right of withdrawal if:
- You break the seal on items. The term "under seal" includes special packaging, protecting the item and serving as a guarantee that the item has not been opened.
What to do if I want to withdraw my purchase?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by emailing [email protected].
When notifying us, please make it clear, that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and specify whether you wish to return all or part of your purchase.
Return of the item and payment of return costs
When you have notified us of your wish to withdraw your purchase, please send or deliver the item to

The item must be returned, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to return the item.
You must pay the return costs yourself.
Refund of the purchase price in case of withdrawal
If you regret your entire purchase, we reimburse the full purchase price to you including delivery charges, if
any. However, this does not apply in the following cases:
- If you want to return only part of your order, we do not reimburse freight charges, if any.
We reimburse the purchase price without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we were notified of your decision to withdraw the purchase. The reimbursement is made by the same mean of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly accept another form of
reimbursement. Reimbursements are always made free of charge.
However, we have the right to withhold the purchase amount until we have received the item(s), or until you have submitted documentation that the item has been sent back or delivered to us.
Packaging and condition of the item upon return
When you return an item to us, you must return it in the original packaging. You are entitled to open to check or test the item, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, it is considered an impairment, which may result in us deducting an amount from the purchase price, corresponding to the impairment, when reimbursing.
As far as the item is concerned, you are only liable for a reduction of the value, if you have used the item in a way that goes beyond what is necessary in order to check the functionalities, characteristics and properties of the product.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that the item is securely wrapped when sending it back. The item is at your risk until received by us.
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have the right to within two years, from the time where you
received the items, to complain if the item has a defect. Consequently, you have the right to get the item
repaired or exchanged. If the reparation of the goods cannot be done within a reasonable time, you have the right to get the purchase price back or under special circumstances claim a proportionate reduction of the price.
How do I complain?
If you want to complain, please send an email to our customer service [email protected] within a reasonable time. We recommend, that you complain to us as soon as possible, after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, your complaint is in due time.
If possible, send a picture of the item followed by a description of the defect.
